TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND USER

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Entity: Kavodnik (The Service Provider)

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("The User") and Kavodnik ("The

Service Provider"). By accessing, downloading, or using the Kavodnik Application ("The

Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by

these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the

Application and must delete it from your device immediately. Continued use of the Application

signifies your ongoing acceptance of any future modifications to these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you

represent that you have parental consent to use the Application.

• One Account Per Human: You are permitted to create only one (1) account. Creating

multiple accounts (Sybil Attack) to farm rewards is a material breach of this agreement.

• Device Binding: Each account is strictly bound to a single unique device ID. The

Service Provider uses advanced hardware-level identification to prevent account

duplication.

• Accuracy of Data: You must provide accurate and complete information during

registration. Using temporary emails (Disposable Emails) or fake mobile numbers will

result in immediate account termination.

3. REWARD ECOSYSTEM AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY (COINS)

• Not Real Currency: "Coins" or "Points" earned within the Application are virtual rewards

and do not constitute legal tender or property. They represent a measurement of your

engagement with the Application.

• No Vested Rights: The Service Provider reserves the absolute right to manage,

regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual rewards at its sole discretion without any

liability to the user.

• Expiration: Coins may expire if the account remains inactive for a period of 90

consecutive days.

4. STRICT CONTENT CONSUMPTION POLICY (ARTICLE READING)

To ensure the integrity of our advertising partners, the following rules apply to the "Read and

Earn" feature:

• The 90-Second Rule: Users must remain on the article page for the full duration of the

timer. Exiting the page before the timer hits zero will result in zero credit.

• Active Engagement (Human Interaction): The Application utilizes "Proof of Activity"

algorithms. Users must scroll through the content. If the device's accelerometer or touch

sensors detect zero movement for more than 15 seconds, the timer will pause.

• Content Integrity: Articles are provided for informational purposes. The Service

Provider is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party news content.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND FRAUD PREVENTION (THE "ZERO

TOLERANCE" POLICY)

The Service Provider employs sophisticated AI-driven fraud detection. The following activities

will result in an INSTANT AND PERMANENT BAN without the possibility of appeal or payout:

• VPN/Proxy Usage: The use of Virtual Private Networks, Proxies, or Tor Browsers to

mask your location or manipulate Ad-CPM is strictly forbidden.

• Virtual Machines and Emulators: The Application must be used on physical mobile

hardware. Usage on BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer, or any Cloud-based mobile

environment is prohibited.

• Automation (Bots): The use of Auto-clickers, Macro recorders, or any software that

automates touch input or captcha solving is a criminal violation of our terms.

• Network Tampering: Any attempt to intercept, decrypt, or modify the data packets

between the Application and our servers (Man-in-the-Middle attacks) will be reported to

cyber-crime authorities.

• Ad-Blocking: Using DNS-level ad blockers or modified operating systems

(Rooted/Jailbroken) that interfere with advertisement delivery is prohibited.

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

• Incentivized Traffic: You may invite friends and family. However, you cannot "buy"

referrals from micro-tasking sites (e.g., Microworkers, Picoworkers).

• Spamming: Sending referral links via unsolicited emails or spamming public forums is a

violation of our community standards.

Verification: Referral bonuses are only credited after the referred user completes at

least five (5) high-value tasks and passes our "Human Verification" check.7. PAYMENT DISBURSEMENT AND WITHDRAWAL

• Minimum Threshold: Users must reach the minimum "Payout Threshold" as specified

in the Application's wallet section before requesting a withdrawal.

• Processing Time: All withdrawal requests undergo a rigorous manual and automated

audit. This process typically takes 3 to 10 business days.

• Fraud Audit: During the processing period, if the audit reveals any violation of Section 5

(Prohibited Conduct), the payout will be voided, and the account will be closed.

• Third-Party Fees: Any transaction fees charged by UPI, Paytm, or Banks are the sole

responsibility of the user.

8. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Application is an ad-supported platform. By using the Service, you agree to the display of:

• Native Ads: Integrated within articles.
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads shown during transitions.
• Rewarded Videos: Videos watched voluntarily for extra coins. The Service Provider

does not endorse any product or service advertised. Interaction with ads is at the user’s

own risk.

9. DATA PRIVACY AND TELEMETRY

We collect technical data including, but not limited to:

Device Model and OS version.

IP Address and ISP details.

Time spent on specific articles.

Ad-interaction metrics. This data is used solely for fraud prevention and improving the

service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

All content, including the Kavodnik logo, UI design, color schemes, and underlying code, is the

exclusive property of the Service Provider. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive,

non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any

attempt to reverse-engineer the APK is a breach of International Copyright Law.

11. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES AND TERMINATION

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

Change the reward rate (e.g., coins per article) at any time.

Update the Application, requiring a mandatory download.

Cease operations in any specific country or region without prior notice.●

Terminate any account suspected of "Low Value Activity" even if no direct cheating is

proven.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE.

" THE SERVICE PROVIDER

DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT

THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT YOU WILL EARN A

SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF MONEY.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAVODNIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING

LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall

be settled through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider’s choosing.
